Each restaurant will serve several items providing a sampling of their cuisine with a total of nearly 200 items from desserts like Bananas Foster, Italian Cheesecake, Tiramisu, Strawberry Shortcake, Sorbet, Baklava, Cannoli, and Turtle Torte, to Lasagna Rollas, Gyros, Gourmet Pizza, Beef Tri-Tip Wraps, Cajun Sausage, Sirloin Burgers, Cow Pie, Meatball Subs, Crab Rangoons, Quesadillas, Shrimp Etouffee, Sushi and Sashimi , Sliced Prime Rib, Bourbon Chicken, Sunset Scampi, Gamberi, Grilled Vegetable Sandwiches, Beef Satay, Coconut Shrimp, Egusi Stew, Cuban Sandwich, Fire Thighs, Chicken Curry and Jambalya.  Vegetarians will be delighted with the many choices from Black Bean Rice Salad, Garbanzo Feta Salad, Veggie Burritos, to Veggie Wraps. COOKING DEMONSTRATIONS:
Each afternoon from 3pm to 6pm the area’s best chefs will demonstrate their talents and prepare dishes representative of their establishments, including ice carvings. It will be a great opportunity to learn of recipes and techniques and of course there will be plenty of delicious samples. Wine tasting and appreciation sessions will also take place in the Wine Bar.

Local purveyors and growers will sell their products farm market style. Visit this area featuring: La Mexicana Market, Pacific Rim Foods, Berts Bakery and more!

 

"Grill Offs" and Ice Carvings

Each afternoon from 3pm to 6pm the area’s best chef’s will demonstrate their talents and compete against each other and guest chef’s in Grill Offs, featuring poultry, beef and seafood.  Talented local artists will prepare ice carvings daily. It will be a great opportunity to learn of recipes and techniques and of course there will be plenty of delicious samples.  Wine tasting and appreciation sessions will also take place in the Wine Bar.
